2026 World Cup: Timothée Chalamet and Bad Bunny star in adidas brand film

adidas unveiled its “Backyard Legends” brand film dedicated to the 2026 World Cup, bringing together "icons of football, music and cinema," on 07/05/2026.

The five-minute short film, "that turns neighborhood lore into a global football story," features French-American actor Timothée Chalamet, Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny and footballers Lionel Messi (ARG), Lamine Yamal (ESP), Jude Bellingham (ENG), as well as player Trinity Rodman (USA). The cast is completed by appearances from Ousmane Dembélé (FRA), Raphinha (BRA), Pedri (ESP), Florian Wirtz (GER) and Santiago Gimenez (MEX).
