Euro 2016: Opening of the only period of general public ticket sales on 10/06/2015, on the Internet

"A year to the day before the finals of Euro 2016, one million tickets will go on sale from 10/06 to 10/07/2015 for the general public. The Internet is the only channel for these sales, through a single address: euro2016.fr," stated the EURO 2016 SAS, the company that is organising the competition.

"From 10/06 to 10/07/2015, any person who, in France or elsewhere in the world, wants to attend the Euro 2016, may send ticket purchase requests," indicates the ticket brochure for Euro 2016, which will take place in France from 10/06 to 10/07/2016.

Rules for allocation of tickets

• Maximum 4 tickets per applicant per match.
• 1 game per matchday per applicant.
• No obligation to hold the group stage tickets in order to obtain a semi-final or final ticket.
• Applicants residing in the host cities have an increasing chance to acquire tickets, since the first 2,000 tickets for each match played in their city are reserved for them.
