Premier League: Roc Nation strategic partner of Chelsea FC to support growth in the United States

Roc Nation Sports International, the sports division of American rapper Jay-Z’s company, has become a strategic partner of Chelsea FC (Premier League) to "accelerate growth and deepen fan engagement across the United States and beyond," the London club announced on 14 May 2026.

The partnership will aim to "position the club at the intersection of football, music, culture and entertainment, leveraging culturally relevant collaborations to drive brand awareness and meaningful fan engagement in the U.S. market." The two partners will notably rely on "music, influencer and sports-led storytelling."

Chelsea FC and Roc Nation will develop campaigns and activations "that authentically tap into U.S. pop culture, positioning the club as a relevant and aspirational lifestyle brand," the club, which came under American ownership in May 2022, added.

Roc Nation has signed similar partnerships with Lega Serie A and Como 1907 (Serie A Enilive) to support the development of their presence in the United States under agreements signed respectively on 11 July 2023 and 30 June 2025.
