Premier League: Intuit Quickbooks (software) becomes the shirt sponsor of Aston Villa until 2016-17

Intuit Quickbooks, an American company specialising in the design of accounting software, has become the shirt sponsor of Aston Villa FC (Barclays Premier League) until 2016-17, announced the club on 09/06/2015. The agreement is valued at £5m (€6.86m) per season, according to the local newspaper the Birmingham Mail on 09/06/2015.

The American company was the shirt sponsor of West Bromwich Albion FC (Barclays Premier League), a rival club located 8km north-west of Birmingham during the 2014-15 season. The partnership was estimated at €1.5m. Intuit replaces the betting operator Dafabet as Villa's shirt sponsor. The contract with Dafabet was estimated at €6m in 2014-15. Dafabet also changed Premier League clubs by becoming the shirt sponsor of Sunderland AFC (2015-16 to 2017-18).
