Atalanta BC (Serie A Enilive) unveiled a new crest refocused around the figure of “La Dea” (“The Goddess” in English), the club’s historic symbol featured in its visual identity since the 1960s, the club announced on 22 May 2026.

The crest returns to the circular shape adopted in the 1980s. "The logic behind it is simplification: removing the superfluous to give more space to the Dea, which once again becomes the visual focal point of the crest without any additional elements. The hair now features five strands, a number deliberately referring to the founders who created the club in 1907. The background is entirely blue, enclosed within a black circle," the Bergamo-based club (Lombardy) said.

"The logo works perfectly across all platforms and remains instantly recognisable," added Atalanta, which unveiled this new visual identity exactly two years after its 2023-24 Europa League final victory (3-0 against Bayer 04 Leverkusen) and ahead of the 2026-27 season, during which the club will celebrate its 120th anniversary (founded in 1907).
