Germany: Ergo (insurance) extends as official partner of the DFB for four seasons (2026-2030)

Ergo, a German insurance company, has extended its partnership as an official partner of the Deutscher Fussball Bund for four seasons (2026-2030), the German Football Federation announced on 26 May 2026.

The brand remains at the second level of the DFB’s sponsorship hierarchy and retains its status as the federation’s official insurance partner. The two entities have been partnered since the 2016-17 season, when the brand became the first official partner of the DFB-Pokal (German Cup). The extension therefore brings the total duration of the partnership to 14 seasons.

"Ergo will further strengthen its commitment to women’s football, esports and digital platforms. In addition to the men’s national teams and the DFB-Pokal, Ergo will increase its presence around the women’s national team, the women’s U23 team and the women’s DFB-Pokal. The commitment in esports will also be expanded: alongside the DFB-ePokal, other national competitions and the national esports team will receive increased attention," the brand said.
