UEFA: Intersport sets up 800 counters in its stores to distribute Euro 2016 products

The sporting goods retailer Intersport, the official sports shop of Euro 2016, has set up 800 counters in its stores to distribute products for the competition, announced Intersport on 10/06/2015.

Intersport will install 400 counters dedicated to Euro 2016 throughout its French network of stores. The group will also distribute exclusive licensed products in stadiums and fan zones in the host cities. "Football is a key sporting category in virtually all the stores that make up our group. The partnership with UEFA and adidas enables us to provide added value in our stores and to stand out from the competition. This also always reinforces our position as the largest seller of football products in the world," stated Franz Julen, the CEO of Intersport International Corporation.
