Paramount Skydance, owner of CBS Sports Group and streaming platform Paramount+, has acquired the broadcasting rights to the Barclays Women's Super League in the United States for the 2026-2030 period (four seasons), WSL Football announced on 28 May 2026.

The agreement, described by WSL Football as a "record U.S. deal for the Barclays WSL," was negotiated by British agency IMG. The Paramount+ platform will broadcast 183 matches per season, while CBS Sports Network will broadcast one match per week and CBS Sports Golazo Network (free) will broadcast a selection of matches.

The American group will replace ESPN (The Walt Disney Company), which broadcast the Barclays WSL in the United States for the last two seasons (2024-2026).

  • The 2026-27 Barclays WSL season will be the first with 14 teams (12 in 2025-26).
