Pascal Robert, managing director of Stade Brestois 29, and Shéhérazade Semsar-De Boisséson, vice-chairwoman of Olympique de Marseille’s supervisory board and CEO of McCourt Global, the club’s owner, have been elected to the board of directors of the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), the body announced on 03 June 2026.

The LFP general assembly was held to elect representatives of Ligue 1 McDonald’s clubs to the board of directors, following vacancies left by the departures of Fabrice Bocquet (former president of OGC Nice) in December 2025 and Pablo Longoria, who was removed from his position as president of Olympique de Marseille in March 2026.

The Stade Brestois executive secured 79.51% of valid votes cast in the first round, while the Olympique de Marseille executive received 67.8% of favourable votes.
