Everton FC: attendance up 33% following move to Hill Dickinson Stadium in 2025-26

Everton FC (Premier League) recorded a 33% increase in attendance during the 2025-26 season following its move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium, which opened in August 2025, the club announced on 1 June 2026.

The Liverpool-based club left Goodison Park, which had a capacity of 39,514, at the end of the 2024-25 season to move into its new 52,888-seat stadium. This increase in capacity did not affect Everton’s occupancy rate, which stood at 98.6% in 2025-26, with a record average attendance of 52,121 spectators per match, compared with 99.1% occupancy and an average attendance of 39,178 the previous season.

While Everton FC did not significantly increase its number of public season-ticket holders (32,347 in 2025-26, compared with 32,000 in 2024-25), it reported 2,807 members in its new “Club View” area and 4,139 premium seasonal members in 2025-26.
