FIFA: Salesforce (CRM) official supporter of the 2026 World Cup and the Women's World Cup 2027

Salesforce, an American CRM software company, has become an official supporter of the 2026 World Cup and the Women's World Cup 2027, FIFA announced on 5 June 2026.

This agreement covers North America and Europe for both competitions, as well as Brazil for the 2027 Women's World Cup (which is being held there). Salesforce will be responsible for supporting operational and fan-facing functions, notably by providing FIFA with the Agentforce 360 and Slack solutions, which will help the body "deliver seamless experiences for fans, volunteers, host city authorities, suppliers and other tournament stakeholders."

"The partnership reflects FIFA’s continued focus on leveraging technology and innovation to enhance tournament delivery, strengthen stakeholder collaboration and improve the fan experience across every stage of a competition’s life cycle," the international federation added.
