Juventus FC: CEO Damien Comolli leaves by mutual agreement, replaced by Giovanni Carnevali (ex-Sassuolo)

Damien Comolli, appointed general manager of Juventus FC (Serie A Enilive) on 1 June 2025 and promoted to CEO by the club’s board of directors on 11 November 2025, has left his position "by mutual agreement with the club," Juventus announced on 12 June 2026.

The former president of Toulouse FC (Ligue 1 McDonald's) leaves Juventus after a 2025-26 season in which the club finished sixth in Serie A Enilive, missing qualification for the 2026-27 Champions League.

He is replaced by Giovanni Carnevali, who had served as CEO of US Sassuolo Calcio (Serie A Enilive) since 2014. He was appointed CEO and general manager of the Turin-based club on the same day and has been entrusted with the overall management of the company "with the objective of further strengthening Juventus’ sporting and industrial project."
