Club Atlético de Madrid: Riyadh Air Metropolitano recreated in Fortnite video game

The Riyadh Air Metropolitano (70,460 capacity, Madrid, Spain), home of Club Atlético de Madrid (LALIGA EA Sports), has been recreated in Fortnite (published by Epic Games Inc.) and is accessible through a dedicated map for players of the video game, the club announced on 12 June 2026.

"The stadium’s architecture, spaces and atmosphere have been recreated so that the experience of playing inside the Riyadh Air Metropolitano is as recognisable as possible both for those who experience it every weekend and for those discovering it for the first time through a screen," the Madrid-based club said.

The map, developed in collaboration with Pol Domínguez “SUJA”, a content creator and map designer for the video game, constitutes the first step in Atlético de Madrid’s Fortnite strategy, with the club planning to unveil additional experiences in the coming months.
