The 20 Serie A Enilive clubs recorded an average attendance of 30,156 spectators per match during the 2025-26 season, down 1% on 2024-25 (30,463 spectators). This put Serie A fourth among the European Top 5 leagues in terms of average attendance, behind LALIGA EA Sports (3^rd, average attendance: 31,018) but ahead of Ligue 1 McDonald's (27,588), 5^th. The Italian top flight welcomed a total of 11.4 million spectators, compared with 11.5 million the previous season.

With 73,373 spectators per match at San Siro/Stadio Giuseppe-Meazza (75,725 capacity), AC Milan was the Serie A Enilive club that posted the best attendance in 2025-26, ahead of FC Inter Milan (73,305 spectators at the same stadium) and AS Roma (62,443). AC Milan ranked 4^th among clubs in the European Top 5 leagues, just behind Manchester United FC (Premier League, 73,975 spectators).
