The Los Angeles Stadium (Inglewood, California, USA), with a 2026 World Cup capacity of 70,492, is hosting eight matches during the tournament, including the United States’ opening match against Paraguay (4-1) and a quarter-final (see schedule below).

The venue, which opened in 2020 following construction works that began in 2016 and an estimated investment of $5bn, is one of the 16 host stadiums selected for the tournament co-organised by the United States, Mexico and Canada. It is notably distinguished by its suspended 360-degree video board, visible from every seat in the stadium, as well as its translucent roof covering both the venue and surrounding areas.

The stadium is home to the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers, two National Football League (NFL) franchises. It is owned by American businessman Stan Kroenke through his holding company Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, which also owns the Los Angeles Rams and Arsenal FC (Premier League).
