UEFA: Stéphanie Frappart (FRA) appointed Refereeing Officer and member of Referees Committee

"The UEFA Executive Committee has appointed Stéphanie Frappart (FRA) as Refereeing Officer on the UEFA Referees Committee," the European football governing body announced on 25 June 2026.

The UEFA Referees Committee is chaired by the Chief Refereeing Officer (Italy’s Roberto Rosetti as of 25 June 2026) and includes four Refereeing Officers.

"In her new role, Stéphanie Frappart (born on 14 December 1983) will contribute to the strategic development of refereeing across Europe. She will also support UEFA’s work in referee appointments, performance monitoring, technical guidance and the continued development of match officials for UEFA competitions," UEFA added.

"UEFA would like to thank departing Refereeing Officer Dagmar Damková (CZE) for her significant contribution to elite refereeing over the years. Her dedication, expertise and service have been greatly valued and appreciated," the organisation said.
