Serie BKT: Etihad (airline) back shirt sponsor of promoted side Palermo FC from the 2026-27 season

Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has extended its partnership with Palermo FC and will become the club's back shirt sponsor starting from the 2026-27 season, following its promotion to Serie BKT, the two parties announced on 29 June 2026.

The extended partnership covers all of the club's teams (men's, women's and academy). Etihad Airways has been associated with the Sicilian club since January 2026. "This agreement marks the next step in a partnership that began in recent months and reflects the shared ambition to build a long-term collaboration. It also reinforces Palermo FC’s international growth strategy while highlighting Etihad Airways’ commitment to strengthening its presence in the European market," the club said.

It is worth noting that Palermo FC is owned by City Football Group.
