NBA: Iren (AI) replaces Rakuten as Golden State Warriors jersey sponsor in deal worth $50m per season

Iren, an Australian company specialised in AI data centre infrastructure, has become the official AI cloud partner of the Golden State Warriors (NBA) as well as the organisation’s affiliated franchises, the Golden State Valkyries and the Santa Cruz Warriors, from the 2026-27 season, the Warriors announced on 25 June 2026.

Founded in 2018 and initially focused on bitcoin mining, the company becomes only the second jersey sponsor in the history of the Golden State Warriors, the NBA’s most valuable franchise ($11bn / €9.3bn) and the second most valuable franchise across all North American sports, according to the annual ranking published by Forbes on 18 December 2025.

The Iren logo will also appear on the Valkyries’ warm-up apparel and the Santa Cruz Warriors’ jerseys. The company will also receive prominent branding throughout the Chase Center, in addition to becoming the presenting sponsor of the Warriors’ annual City Edition platform, which encompasses all marketing activations built around one of the franchise’s jerseys.
