European Top 5 / social media: 172 million new followers for the 96 clubs in 2025-26, 15.1m for Bayern

• Clubs in the European Top 5 leagues registered 172 million new followers during the 2025-26 season (from August 2025 to July 2026), bringing their total number of followers to 3.25 billion on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X.

• The number of followers increased on three social networks, with +101 million on TikTok, +79 million on Facebook and +13.8 million on Instagram, but fell on X (-22 million).

• Real Madrid CF (LALIGA EA Sports) is the club with the most followers, with nearly 470 million, ahead of FC Barcelona (LALIGA EA Sports, 411 million) and Manchester United FC (Premier League, 224 million).

• FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) posted the strongest growth in its number of followers, with 15.1 million additional followers over the period.

• In relative terms, Como 1907, promoted to Serie A Enilive in 2025-26, recorded the strongest growth in its community (+185%).
