LALIGA EA Sports: exclusive broadcasting rights acquired by Disney+ in the Nordic countries (2026-2030)

The Walt Disney Company has extended its partnership with LALIGA and has acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights to LALIGA EA Sports in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland) for the 2026-2030 period (four seasons), the Spanish league announced on 2 July 2026.

The matches will be broadcast on the Disney+ platform. Disney+ already broadcasts the Spanish league in the United Kingdom and Ireland for the 2025-2028 cycle (one game per matchday). ESPN, a Disney subsidiary, also holds the media rights to LALIGA EA Sports in the United States until 2028-29.
