Serie A: investment fund Clara Vista (USA) acquires 80% controlling stake in Frosinone Calcio for €42m

American investment fund Clara Vista Investment Partners has become the majority shareholder of Frosinone Calcio after acquiring an 80% stake from Maurizio Stirpe, the newly promoted Serie A Enilive club announced on 2 July 2026. The transaction is valued at €42m according to several Italian media outlets.

The Italian executive retains a 20% stake in the club as well as the presidency for at least the next two years, while Clara Vista has also acquired a 51% stake in the company operating Frosinone’s infrastructure, including the Benito Stirpe Stadium.
