FC Barcelona: 151,787 socios in June 2026, up 14% over two years

FC Barcelona (LALIGA EA Sports) had 151,787 members as of 30 June 2026, representing a 14% increase compared with the previous membership census (133,164 members two years earlier), the club announced on 3 July 2026.

The growth in the Catalan club’s membership has been accompanied by a "progressive rejuvenation”"of its membership base, with 18- to 30-year-olds now accounting for 20% of all members, while 25% of new members who joined during the 2025-26 season were under the age of 15.

The announcement comes two days after Joan Laporta, re-elected as the club’s president on 15 March 2026, began his fourth term on 1 July 2026.

In accordance with its statutes, FC Barcelona carried out a comprehensive update of its membership register two years ago. "This process aimed to identify the digital profile of each member and integrate it into the club’s modernisation programme, as well as the reorganisation of the Spotify Camp Nou’s capacity."
