FC Barcelona: €105m raised through 10-year bond issuance placed with US investors

FC Barcelona (LALIGA EA Sports) announced that they completed a €105m bond issuance on 17 July 2026. The senior secured notes, which mature in October 2036, carry a fixed interest rate of 5.14%.

"The transaction received strong support from international institutional investors. Demand significantly exceeded the amount offered, with the issuance more than 200% oversubscribed, and the entire offering was placed in less than two hours with a selected group of US investors comprising insurance companies, investment funds and pension funds," the 2025-26 Spanish champions said.
