UEFA / USA: Telemundo (NBC) acquires the Spanish-language TV rights to the European Cups (2027-2030)

UC3, in partnership with Relevent Football Partners, has awarded the Spanish-language broadcasting rights for the men’s European club competitions to the pay and free-TV group Telemundo (owned by NBCUniversal) in the United States for the 2027-2030 cycle (three seasons), the joint venture between UEFA and the EFC announced on 19 July 2026.

The agreement covers the Champions League, the Europa League, the Conference League, the UEFA Super Cup and the Youth League. The TV rights to these competitions are currently held by the TelevisaUnivision group over the 2024-2027 cycle. The group has also sub-licensed the exclusive broadcasting rights to 38 matches per season, as well as the co-broadcasting rights to the Champions League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final, to DAZN for the 2025-2027…
