Los Angeles Lakers: Albert (finance) replaces Bibigo (prepared meals) as jersey patch sponsor ($30m/year)

Albert, a personal finance app, has become the Los Angeles Lakers' (NBA) jersey patch sponsor from the 2026-27 season, the California franchise announced on 17 July 2026.

The sponsorship is reportedly worth $30m (€26m) per year, according to US media outlet ESPN. Albert succeeds South Korean prepared meal brand Bibigo, which served as the Lakers’ jersey patch sponsor under a five-year agreement (2021-2026) worth an annual $20m ($100m in total). NBA franchises have been allowed to display a single jersey sponsor since the 2017-18 season.
