VfB Stuttgart: record turnover (€383.6m) & net profit (€22.5m) in 2025

VfB Stuttgart (Bundesliga) posted a record turnover (including player transfers) of €383.6m for the 2025 calendar year, compared with €299.8m in 2024 (up 28%), the club announced during its annual general meeting on 26 July 2026.

The German club also posted a record net profit of €22.5m, compared with a net profit after tax of €15.4m as of 31 December 2024.

"Growth and profitability go hand in hand at VfB Stuttgart: we have succeeded in increasing our turnover, profits and equity (€83.4m as of 31 December 2025) at the same time. This is a sign of healthy and sustainable growth. During the 2025-26 season, we recorded the highest average attendance in the club’s history. We sold a record 156,500 shirts and continue to grow our sponsorship business," Alexander Wehrle, CEO of the club, said.

VfB Stuttgart had 135,000 members in July 2026, up from 120,000 in March 2025.

The club’s parent association (VfB Stuttgart 1893 e.V.) posted total revenue of €7.2m and a net profit of €1.4m.
