A total of 9,017,000 fans attended the 13 FIFA Fan Festival sites across the three host countries of the 2026 World Cup, FIFA announced on 27 July 2026.

The 2026 edition set a new attendance record for the FIFA fan zones programme since its launch at the 2006 World Cup in Germany. By comparison, the single FIFA Fan Festival in Doha welcomed 2 million visitors during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The 13 FIFA Fan Festival sites operated for a combined 348 days (almost 3,200 hours of programming) over the tournament’s 39-day duration. The highest daily attendance was recorded on 27 June, when 543,020 supporters gathered across the venues for the final day of the group stage, while the three Mexican Fan Festivals attracted a combined 2.57 million visitors.
