Olympique Lyonnais: total operating revenue of €223.3m (-18%) in 2025-26

Eagle Football Group’s total operating revenue during the 2025-26 financial year (from 01/07/2025 to 30/06/2026) amounted to €223.3m, down 18% compared with 2024-25 (€273.7m), announced the company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 McDonald's) on 28 July 2026.

Excluding transfer-related income, the group’s operating revenue stood at €144.0m in 2025-26, compared with €162.2m in 2024-25, a decline of 11%. "Despite solid ticketing revenue and record merchandise sales, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to: the decline in Ligue 1 TV rights (-28%) following the early termination of the DAZN/LFP agreement at national level, a less intensive events schedule than in 2024-25 (-58% in revenue), and lower player trading than in Y-1, although still at a very high level (-29%)," EFG said.
