DAZN: Andrea Radrizzani explores sale of minority shareholder Aser Ventures' stake

"We are exploring a range of options, from pure financing to hybrid solutions and equity investments.[…]. We could use all or part of Aser's stake in DAZN to finance Aser's expansion. As a result, our stake in DAZN could be reduced," Andrea Radrizzani, founder and chairman of the investment firm Aser Ventures, told Reuters on 29 July 2026.

Aser Ventures became a minority shareholder in DAZN following the OTT platform's acquisition of the Eleven Sports group - also founded by Andrea Radrizzani - in 2023. The investment company currently holds a stake of less than 5% in DAZN, according to Reuters.
