FIFA Forward Enterprise: Socios.com proposes issuing tokenised equity

The issuance by FIFA of equity in its planned commercial subsidiary, FIFA Forward Enterprise (FFE), in the form of blockchain-based tokenised equity, could "make it available to a wider pool of investors," while also lowering the barrier to entry and facilitating shareholder verification, according to Alexandre Dreyfus, CEO of blockchain platform Socios.com, which specialises in fan tokens, on 29 July 2026.
