Olympique de Marseille: adidas set to replace Puma as equipment supplier from the 2028-29 season (press)

adidas is set to become the equipment supplier for Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 McDonald's) from the 2028-29 season onwards, according to reports from French media RMC Sport confirmed by AFP on 5 August 2026.

Having been the club's kit supplier from 1974 to 1994, and then from 1996 to 2018, the German equipment manufacturer would thus take over from its counterpart Puma, which has been OM's kit supplier since the 2018-19 season and whose contract is due to expire at the end of the 2027-28 campaign (after ten seasons of partnership).

While the duration and value of this new contract with adidas have not been disclosed, it is expected to be worth twice the amount paid by Puma (€20m per year following the contract extension for the 2023-2028 cycle), or around €40m annually.
