LALIGA EA Sports: DAZN and Disney+ to replace beIN SPORTS as broadcasters in France (2026-2029)

The OTT platforms DAZN and Disney+ (The Walt Disney Company) have acquired the broadcasting rights to LALIGA EA Sports in France for the 2026-2029 period (three seasons), LALIGA announced on 6 August 2026.

DAZN and Disney+ will each broadcast all matches every season. The two streaming services therefore replace pay-TV broadcaster beIN SPORTS France, which had held the exclusive rights to the Spanish league since 2012. Following the loss of the LALIGA rights, the Qatari-owned broadcaster will retain only the Bundesliga broadcasting rights (2025-2029) among Europe's top five domestic football leagues.
