• FIFA has unveiled its sustainability & human rights strategy for the Women's World Cup 2027 in Brazil. The plan is built around 15 objectives and 27 initiatives covering social, environmental, economic and governance issues.

• Club Atlético de Madrid (LALIGA EA Sports) have reached a record 61,500 season ticket holders for the 2026-27 season. The renewal rate for general admission season tickets reached 98%, leaving only around 1,200 seats, all of which were allocated to the first supporters on the waiting list.
