Sponsorship: major changes for Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs for the 2026-27 season

With six clubs under contract, or one-third of the league, adidas is the most widely represented kit supplier among the nine brands supplying the 18 clubs in the 2026-27 Ligue 1 McDonald's. The German sportswear brand is followed by Nike and Puma, which supply three clubs each.

These three brands therefore supply two-thirds of Ligue 1 clubs this season. The six other brands represented in the French top flight each have just one club under contract.

Three new kit supplier agreements come into effect in 2026-27, two of them involving adidas: the German brand replaces Puma at RC Lens for five seasons (2026-2031) and Kappa at newly promoted Le Mans FC for four seasons (2026-2030). adidas is also starting a new eight-year partnership cycle (2026-2034) with Paris FC, further strengthening its…
