FC Bayern Munich: Jan-Christian Dreesen extended as CEO until 30 June 2029

Jan-Christian Dreesen, CEO and chairman of the executive board of FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) since May 2023, has had his contract extended until 30 June 2029 by decision of Bayern’s supervisory board, the club announced on 25 August 2026.

The decision was taken "in light of the developments of recent years," according to FC Bayern, which is "placing its trust in continuity and stability at management level." Max Eberl, board member for sport, has also had his contract extended until June 2029.
