Germany: EA Sports (video games) extends partnership with Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga

Electronic Arts (EA), an American video game company based in California, has extended, through its subsidiary EA Sports, its partnership as an “official licensing partner” of the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga, the German professional league announced on 27 August 2026. The duration of the extension was not disclosed.

The renewal of the partnership, which dates back to 1998, will see EA Sports continue to feature the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga in EA Sports FC, notably in EA Sports FC 27 and FC Mobile, allowing "millions of fans to experience the Bundesliga across EA SPORTS FC through clubs, players and stadiums from Germany’s top two professional leagues."
