City Football Group: departure of Kaitlyn Beale, VP global partnership sales

Kaitlyn Beale, VP global partnership sales at City Football Group, has left her role, she announced on 27 August 2026.

The American, who worked in business development at the NBA from June 2016 to September 2018, joined the football investment holding company — whose assets include professional clubs, infrastructure and innovation — as director, partnership sales in October 2018.

After initially working from CFG’s New York office, Kaitlyn Beale relocated to the group’s London headquarters in 2023, where she was notably responsible for Manchester City FC’s (Premier League) global partnerships.
