Bundesliga: YouTube coverage renewed in UK and Ireland for 2026-27

Bundesliga Media, the German league’s subsidiary responsible for commercial and digital activities, has renewed and expanded its YouTube broadcast offering in the United Kingdom and Ireland for the 2026-27 season, the Bundesliga announced on 28 August 2026.

That’s Football (1.5 million subscribers), which showed 20 matches live and free of charge in 2025-26, will broadcast 15 Friday night matches (kick-off at 20:30 CET) in 2026-27, starting on 11 September with 1. FC Union Berlin - FC Schalke 04.

Meanwhile, The Overlap, which also broadcast 20 matches in 2025-26, has been replaced by “Jamie Vardy’s Having A Party” (14,000 subscribers), the YouTube channel featuring former England international Jamie Vardy.
