City Football Group: Martin Pond promoted to VP of global partnership sales

Martin Pond has been promoted to vice president of global partnership sales at City Football Group, he announced on 1 September 2026.

The Briton, who worked in partnership development for Arsenal FC (Premier League) across Asia, Africa and the Middle East from 2013 to 2018, before serving as LALIGA commercial director for the APAC region from 2018 to 2019, joined CFG in May 2019 as senior partnership sales manager for EMEA and APAC.

He succeeds American executive Kaitlyn Beale, who had held the role since February 2023 before announcing her departure on 27 August 2026.
