Matchday 2 of the 2026-27 Bundesliga season drew an average of 44,864 spectators per game from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 September 2026. The average stadium fill rate was 98.2%.

FC Schalke 04 - FC Bayern Munich (0-0), on Saturday 5 September (kick-off at 18:30 CET), posted the highest attendance, with 62,094 spectators at the Veltins-Arena (62,271 capacity), which represented a 99.7% fill rate. Four other fixtures were attended by more than 50,000 spectators.

The German top flight has recorded an average of 43,757 spectators per game and an average fill rate of 99% after two matchdays.
