UEFA: agreement extended with Strauss (workwear), which becomes first-ever official refereeing sponsor

Strauss, a German manufacturer of workwear and protective equipment, has extended its collaboration with UEFA and entered into a new partnership with the governing body focused on refereeing, the two parties announced on 4 September 2026. The agreement, which aims to "reinforce the vital role match officials play at every level of the game," runs for three seasons (2026-2029).

Under the agreement, the German brand becomes "the first-ever official partner of UEFA refereeing" and will notably display its logo on the apparel of all referees appointed for official UEFA competitions. The Strauss logo will also appear on VAR monitors and within UEFA’s Video Operations Room (VOR) in Nyon, Switzerland.
