Liverpool FC: Turkish Airlines to become main shirt sponsor from the 2027-28 season (£60m per year)

Turkish Airlines is to become the main shirt sponsor of Liverpool FC (Premier League) from the 2027-28 season, the club announced on 8 September 2026. The agreement also covers the women’s team (Barclays Women's Super League) and youth teams.

The partnership runs for an initial five seasons (2027-2032) and is worth a total of £300m (€349.1m), or £60m (€69.8m) per season, according to British daily The Times. Liverpool would therefore continue to have the Premier League’s second most lucrative main shirt sponsorship deal, behind the agreement between Manchester United FC and technology company Qualcomm (£70m/€81.5m per season). This amount would also represent a 20% increase on the £50m (€58.2m) paid annually by banking group Standard Chartered over the 2023-2027 cycle.
