PREM Rugby: Tom Hill (ex-World Rugby and Manchester United) appointed chief revenue officer

Tom Hill has been appointed chief revenue officer of PREM Rugby, the organisation representing the 10 Gallagher PREM clubs announced on 8 September 2026.

Hill was previously chief commercial officer of the Netcompany INEOS Cycling Team from June 2024 to July 2026, having also served as chief commercial officer of World Rugby from October 2017 to April 2022. He previously held several positions at Manchester United FC (Premier League) between 2008 and 2017.

As PREM Rugby’s new chief revenue officer, Tom Hill will take responsibility for new and existing partners as he heads up the growing partnerships team.
