2026-27 Ligue 1 McDonald’s: LOSC - ESTAC sets record "linear TV" audience on CCTV in China

LOSC Lille - ESTAC Troyes (2-0), on Matchday 4 of the 2026-27 Ligue 1 McDonald’s, has recorded the "highest linear TV audience" for a French top-flight match in China, the Ligue de Football Professionnel told News Tank.

The match, played on Sunday 13 September 2026 (kick-off at 15:00 CET, 21:00 in Beijing), drew an average of 2.15 million viewers on the CCTV-5 channel (part of the CCTV group, owned by China Media Group), according to data from research institute CSM. In total, nearly 13 million people watched at least one minute of the match, according to the LFP.
