The WTA Finals will be held at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte (North Carolina, USA) for three editions, in 2027, 2028 and 2029, the Women’s Tennis Association announced on 16 September 2026.

The home venue of the Charlotte Hornets (NBA) will host a professional tennis event for the first time since opening in 2005, after staging exhibition matches in 2024 and 2025. The arena has a capacity of 17,000, while the North Carolina Governor’s Office expects "more than 80,000 spectators" over the five days of competition in 2027. "Additional programming" (training sessions, fan experiences and player meet-and-greets) will also be on offer at the Charlotte Convention Center, located 500 metres from the Spectrum Center.
