LALIGA EA Sports / Italy: Mediaset to broadcast six matches free-to-air under DAZN sub-licence in 2026-27

Mediaset has renewed, under a sub-licence agreement with DAZN, its free-to-air broadcasting rights to six LALIGA EA Sports matches for the 2026-27 season in Italy, the Italian private TV group announced on 17 September 2026.

These matches will also be broadcast on DAZN, which holds the exclusive broadcasting rights to the Spanish league in Italy until the 2028-29 season. The streaming platform has been broadcasting LALIGA EA Sports since its launch on the Italian market in August 2018.

The two organisations had initially signed an identical agreement at the start of the 2025-26 season.
