Liverpool FC: permanent mental health support hub opened for supporters at Anfield

Liverpool FC (Premier League) have opened a permanent space dedicated to the mental health and wellbeing of supporters on matchdays at Anfield (61,276 capacity), described by the club as the first initiative of its kind in the Premier League and Barclays Women’s Super League, they announced on 11 September 2026.

Called “Kicking Off Conversations”, the hub is located outside the stadium and jointly run by the LFC Foundation, the club’s official charity, and their safeguarding team. Mental health professionals and trained Foundation staff provide confidential support to fans and can signpost them to "specialist services."
