UK / WSL Football: healthy eating promoted through partnership with Tesco (supermarkets) from 2026-27

Tesco, a British supermarket chain, has entered into a multi-year partnership with WSL Football for the Barclays Women's Super League and Barclays Women's Super League 2 from the 2026-27 season, the body announced on 24 September 2026.

Under this agreement, WSL Football will make a donation to Tesco’s Fruit & Veg for Schools programme for every match ticket bought for Barclays WSL and Barclays WSL2 matches during the 2026-27 season. This programme aims to provide schools with free fruit and vegetables for children during the school day, helping to promote healthy eating habits from an early age.
