The Spanish professional football league will organise the second international edition of "LaLiga Promises", a tournament that brings together U-12 teams in Barranquilla (Colombia) from 25 to 28/06/2015. Six Spanish clubs and six Colombian clubs will participate in this competition. The Spanish clubs are FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF, Club Atlético de Madrid, Valencia CF, Villarreal CF and Sevilla FC. The Colombian teams are Santa Fe, Barranquilla FC, Deportivo Cali, Atletico Nacional, Junior and 'Todo bien por Killa'.

The matches of this tournament will be broadcast live on the website of LaLiga. Alongside the sporting competition, the Spanish youth players will be involved in promoting Liga BBVA events organised in Baranquillo.

LaLiga Promises is part of the LFP World Challenge pre-season tournament created in 2014 by LaLiga and the Spanish CSD, which takes place abroad in order to promote "the Spain brand" during the off-season, from 2014 to 2017.

  • The first edition of this international tournament for under-12s took place in Peru in 2014.
    • FC Barcelona won the competition.
