Stade Rennais FC (Ligue 1 McDonald's) inaugurated their new training centre on 2 October 2026, bringing together the sports centre, the academy (younger age groups), the youth training centre ("ETP Odorico") and the club's administrative services.

The modernisation and expansion (from 11.4 to 15 hectares) of the Henri-Guérin training centre, located in the west of Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine), were funded "entirely by the Pinault family," the club's owners, and required 42 months of works at an estimated total cost of €40m.
